Current Cinderella Dress Progress: Around 75%

 

Done:
- Pattern bought
- Fabric bought
- Shoes purchased and shipped
- Butterflies purchased and shipped
- 5 out of 6 skirts cut out
- Bodice muslin cut out, sewn together, and modified
- Lining cut out and interfaced

To Be Done:
- Add boning to lining
- Cut out bodice
- Sew bodice together
- Sew bodice to lining
- Install bodice zipper
- Cut out last skirt
- Sew all skirts together, gather

• Skirt 1 (Base skirt) - Cut, sew, gather
• Skirt 2 (Iridescent) - Cut, sew, gather
• Skirt 3 (Bright Blue) - Cut, sew, gather
• Skirt 4 (Blue with glitter) - Cut, sew, gather
• Skirt 5 (Lavender) - Cut, sew, gather
• Skirt 6 (Light Blue) - Cut, sew, gather

- Add waistband to skirts
- Make petticoat

• Cut out 25 lengths of 32" x 9" panels (3 sets cut out)
• Sew lengths together for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4, and Tier 5 (Set 1, set 2, set 3)
• Sew petticoat together, and to waistband

- Add shoulder organza to bodice
- Hem skirts
- Add butterflies to shoulder
- Add butterflies to shoes
